We are instructed by Keepmoat Homes in relation to development proposals at Moss Lane, Madeley as part of a public consultation, with the objective of obtaining the views of people living or working in the area on the proposals. All thoughts and suggestions received as part of this consultation will be carefully considered before a planning application is submitted to Oldham Council and will be reported in a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI). The content of your responses (excluding any personal details) will be shared with the Council.
